I’ve made no secret of the fact that I love to dress my babies in anything that makes them look like an animal. It pleases me. Very much.
However, as Little Red approaches her first birthday, a teddy bear snow suit is feeling just a little bit too much like a newborn choice. So, when I found this gorgeous bunny coat at my local Tesco, I was more than a little delighted on the inside.
I think Little Red looks like a peach in it, especially with this bargain printed Zara t-shirt I nabbed in the summer sale. The shorts were actually Big Red’s when she was small, but H&M seem to have this style on repeat during Spring, Summer and Autumn.
It would be wrong to post about this coat without mentioning my all time favourite Dutch (high five to The Netherlands-tastic) brand, Coaters. I imagine that this is where the supermarket’s inspiration originated. Luckily, the low price tag on the Tesco coat means that I can splurge out on this for Big Red and this for Little Red. Yay, for an entire wardrobe of animal outerwear.
